Crab Cakes YUM

On my way out of the library (public libraries are awesome), my peripheral vision picked up the word "Vegan" and my arm reached out in a knee-jerk reaction. The book is Veganize This by Jenn Shagrin and had no idea how much it would rock. Here's a picture of the Vegan Jumbo Lump Jackfruit Crab Cajes with Spanish Garlic Mayonnaise and Warm Saffron Nage.
